As the Founder cum Chairman of the company, Mr. Kumar has 25 years of thumbing experience in Digital Media Industry. He has played an integral role in the establishment of Digital Media industry in India and in making IMAGE groups a dominant player in the Indian Digital Media training.
Mr. Kumar is one of the pioneers of the Multimedia education business in India. He heads all business units of IMAGE in India and abroad. He also focuses on new business opportunities and on expanding the company's presence in various locations in India and abroad, in tune with the company’s objective of becoming a Leading Digital Media Company.
Mr. Kumar's vision of creating the best talents for Indian Digital Media industry and his wish to bring out the creator in young minds led to the establishment of different brands of IMAGE. Mr. Kumar has been involved in the management of different brands of IMAGE, with all the zeal that drives IMAGE to every step of success. Currently, he is authoring a book on the changing trends of Indian Animation and Graphic Industry.
Mr. Madhan joined IMAGE in 1998, bringing with him his experience in finance, operations, marketing and analysis. As Director of Finance and Operations, Mr. Madhan is responsible for all finance, financial planning, operation and expansion of the company. Since his appointment, he has handled various assignments in Operations including setting up of a joint venture company in Mauritius, opening regional office in US and streamlining the company's operations.
From 2000, he has been handling the additional responsibility of managing the company's flagship Multimedia Training division, IMAGE's franchisee network of over 40 centres.
Mr. V. Anand works with the other Directors of IMAGE groups to develop comprehensive technical strategy in-line with the company's business vision. He started his career as a Systems Engineer, managing the company's technical services and solutions team. His active involvement in field operations gave him an unparallel familiarity with Media technology and their application. In 2000, he was appointed to the newly created position of Chief Technical Officer, responsible for managing the Technical Programmes and the technical staff of the company.
In 2000, he oversaw the development and integration of the Information Technology infrastructure, necessary to support the implementation of the company's path-breaking training programs. He has also been instrumental in establishing the long-term technical objectives of the company, which includes introducing new training programs necessary to maintain and advance the company's penetration to this rapidly growing market, managing the company's technical resources, HR planning and recruitment. Mr. V. Anand has actively supported the aggressive growth of the company and has recently managed the implementation of the infrastructure and staff of ICAT.
