Managing Director & CEO – Mr. K.Kumar

As the Founder Chairman of the Company, Mr. Kumar has 15 years of experience in Digital Media Industry. He has played an integral role in the establishment of the Digital Media industry in India and making Image Infotainment Limited a dominant player in the Indian Digital Media training. Mr. Kumar is one of the pioneers of the Multimedia education business in India.

He heads all business units of Image Infotainment within India and abroad. He also focuses on new business opportunities and expanding the company's presence in various locations in India and abroad in tune with the company’s objective of becoming India's leading Digital Media Company.

Mr. Kumar's vision for creating the best talents for Indian Animation and Visual Effects Industry saw the formation of ICAT in 2004. He has been actively involved in its management since then. Currently he is authoring a book on the changing trends of Indian animation and graphic Industry. Kumar holds a Bachelors Degree in Science and a Management Degree.

Director (Operations) – Mr. R.Madhan

Mr. Madhan joined Image Infotainment in 1998, bringing with him his experience in finance, operations, marketing and analysis. As Director of Finance and Operations, Mr. Madhan is responsible for all finance, financial planning, operation and expansion of the company. Since his appointment he has handled various assignments in Operations including setting up of a joint venture company in Mauritius, opening regional office in US and streamlining the company's operations.

From 2000, he has been handling the additional responsibility of managing the company's flagship Multimedia Training division, IMAGE's franchisee network of over 30 centres.

Mr. Madhan holds a degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Operations Research.

Director (Technical) – Mr. V.Anand

Works with the other Directors to develop comprehensive technical strategy inline with the company's business vision. Started his career as a systems engineer, managing the company's technical services and solutions team. His active involvement in field operations gave him an unparallel familiarity with Media technology and their application.

In 2000, he was appointed to the newly created position of Chief Technical Officer, responsible for managing the Technical Programmes and the technical staff of the company.

In 2000, he oversaw the development and integration of the Information Technology infrastructure, necessary to support the implementation of the company's path breaking training programs. He has also been instrumental in establishing the long-term technical objectives of the company, this included new training programs necessary to maintain and advance the company's penetration of this large and rapidly growing market, managing the company's technical resources, HR planning and recruitment.

Mr. V.Anand has actively supported the aggressive growth of the company and has recently managed the implementation of the infrastructure and staff of ICAT. Mr. V.Anand holds a degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Computer Application.

Chief Academic Officer – Mr. V.Natarajan

In 1996, Mr. V.Natarajan went to lead the newly started training division, for which he designed the curriculum, authored course material and trained the first batch of Trainers. He later worked to get International accreditation to IMAGE by way of tie-ups with leading software companies including Macromedia, Adobe, Autodesk and Netscape.IMAGE became the first Institute in India to become the Authorized Training Center for all these companies.

In 1999, Mr. Natarajan went to Head the Projects division, for which he secured the status as an Intel ISV's (Independent Software Vendor). Mr. Natarajan then lead the team that developed the worlds first Interactive Encyclopedia on Carnatic Music and followed it up with the development of “Ramayana, The Interactive Epic”, the world's first fully Animated Interactive storybook based on the Ramayana. He also lead the company's foray into developing interactive content for the Internet including Online Games for Sify, Live Audio Broadcast for carnaticmusic.com and a Real-Time Streaming solution for Mr. Kris Srikanth (former Indian Cricket captain) during the World Cup as part of his site.

Mr. Natarajan chairs the Academic committee of ICAT and is responsible for providing the resources, staffing and academic leadership for all the courses offered by the College. He was responsible for making ICAT obtain the International validation for the Under Graduate courses from University of Wales, UK to ensure ICAT's standards are at par with the rest of the world and also secure an ISO certification. Mr. Natarajan holds a Masters degree in Computer Application.
