Fees collected will not ordinarily be refunded. Students who withdraw from the College during the term will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund. Such fees may be forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

However, ICAT College of Design & Media reserves the right to consider refund requests in special or exceptional cases. The final decision regarding any refund shall rest with ICAT, subject to applicable law.

Acceptance of the Refund Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this Refund Policy before making any payment.

By paying any fees online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of this Refund Policy.

Website Availability

ICAT endeavours to keep the website available and functioning properly. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
